Implicit Bias and Health Equity in Dentistry: Our Role as Healthcare Providers is a comprehensive online course designed to empower dental professionals to address implicit biases and promote health equity. Through five modules, participants will explore the origins and impacts of implicit bias on patient care and learn actionable strategies to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within their practice. The course emphasizes the development of practical skills for minimizing bias, enhancing patient interactions, and improving workplace dynamics. Participants will engage in self-reflection and create a personalized action plan for continuous improvement.
